Spence & Co – Food Order and Delivery
For changes to buffet orders, for example, quantity, content, delivery time, etc, must be confirmed by contacting us via phone, email or through our website no later than 48 hours priory to the required delivery time. A 25% deposit is taken on all buffet orders and this is non-refundable if the order is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. Final settlement of the bill is upon delivery. A replacement charge will be made for non-returned items of equipment. (platters, china plates, etc). Buffet bookings and cancellations require two working days notice (5 days for numbers over 20).
VAT will be charged on buffets and sandwich platters delivered. VAT will not be charged on food items collected from the shop. (there is no VAT on food in packed lunches)
A delivery charge of £10 will be applied to orders under £50. All deliveries outside of a 10mile radius will be subject to a £10 delivery charge.
Minimum order £20 for free local delivery.
Our food is at its best when enjoyed fresh so please request your food order as close to the required eating time as possible to ensure the best flavour. We cannot accept responsibility for food stored in unsafe conditions.
